1. Refunds are only applicable to online payments made through appointment portal, which can be initiated by user up to 24 hours before scheduled appointment or in case SMIH is unable to provide availed service.
2. The online appointment can only be consulted by the individual whose information was provided as the patient; if they are unable to do so, the appointment is deemed cancelled and no refund is available.
3. No-Show Policy: There is no refund if the patient fails to attend the appointment.
4. SMIH is authorized to modify these policies at any time without notifying you in advance. By continuing to use the service, you are deemed to have consented to and agreed to the revised policies.
