On Thursday, 5 February 2026, as in previous years, the 34th voluntary blood donation camp was organized at Shri Gurdwara Amrit Darbar, located on Kalika Mandir Road, on the occasion of the birthday of Councillor Santokh Singh Nagpal by Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital.
Sanjeev Vij (Media In-charge, BJP) informed that prominent dignitaries participated in the event, including Rajpur Road Assembly MLA Khajan Das, Dehradun Municipal Corporation Mayor Saurabh Thapliyal, State Treasurer Punit Mittal, Anil Goyal, and BJP Metropolitan District President, along with Santosh Umesh Agarwal, Ashok Verma, Harish Dora, Archit Dawar, Sunil Mason, Ambedkar Nagar Mandal President Pankaj Sharma, Vishal Gupta, Councillor Vaibhav Agrawal, Vijay Kohli, Yogesh Vyas, Harjit Singh, Satish Sahni, Raman Alag, Chandan Dua, Tarandeep Singh Mani, Deepak Grover, and other respected members of the area, who enthusiastically took part in the camp.
The voluntary blood donation camp was organized with the active involvement of all members of the Managing Committee of Gurdwara Shri Guru Amrit Darbar, including Sanjay Kukreja, Daljit Singh, Bhushan Sahni, Manoj Sahni, Satish Sahni, and Anit Nankani. The camp was conducted under the leadership of Amit Chandra, Coordinator of the Blood Bank Team of Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, during which a total of 230 (two hundred thirty) units of blood were collected.
