Poster Making Competition and Guest Lecture on Breast Cancer Awareness at Shri Guru Ram Rai University
Under the Breast Cancer Awareness Month, the Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) of Shri Guru Ram Rai University organized a Poster Making Competition and Guest Lecture. The objective of this event was to raise awareness among students and faculty members about breast cancer and to emphasize the importance of timely screening and self-examination.
Spreading the Message through Creativity
Students from various departments of the university participated enthusiastically in the competition. Through colorful and inspiring posters, they effectively conveyed messages such as “Early Detection Saves Lives,” “Hope, Courage, and Awareness,” and “Fight Against Breast Cancer.”
Expert Lecture
As part of the programme, Dr. Pankaj Kumar Garg, Professor and Head, Department of Surgical Oncology, Shri Mahant Indiresh Hospital, delivered an insightful and inspiring lecture. He highlighted the symptoms, prevention, and importance of early detection of breast cancer, and motivated students to spread awareness in society.

The event was organized with the blessings of His Holiness Shri Mahant Devendra Dass Ji Maharaj under the guidance of Prof. (Dr.) Sonia Gambhir, Director, IQAC.
